Wine Sales

Chatterbox Wine Marketing

Daily activities will include:
� Calling a list of active winery consumers on behalf of the winery to reinforce brand image and awareness and make incremental sales.
� Develop relationships with these customers enabling seamless customer service regarding their purchase or participation with winery client.
� Document all outbound and inbound calling activity in the CRM tool.
� Acquire and relay competitive knowledge to management.
� Work during hours specified.

Requirements
� College degree preferred.
� Experience in wine sales at restaurant, retail or wholesale levels.
� Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), salesforce.com, and/or CRM.
� Excellent organizational skills.
� Outstanding attention to detail.
� Ability to produce under pressure.
� Excellent written and verbal skills.
� Experienced with the following: Telephone sales, telemarketing, sales administration, luxury product sales, wine sales, wine marketing, and restaurant wine sales.
� Salary commensurate with experience
